AfroComicCon (AFCC) is a division of Oakland Technology and Education Center, (OTEC), AFCC provides costumes for youth, free lunch, educational workshops, and information on career pathways at the Annual AfroComicCon event and Free Community Kids Day. This year the first day October 20th is at Expression College and the second day October 21st (free kids day) will be at Chapter 510 at 2301 Telegraph Ave. in Oakland.
